HTC unveils its mid range Desire L in Taiwan

 
Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC has officially announced a new mid range phone in its Desire series names as Desire L. The smartphone is launched in the manufacturer's home country.

The phone runs on an undisclosed version of Android Jelly Bean OS with HTC Sense UI coating.
Featuring Beats audio enhancements, the device is powered by 1GHz dual core processor paired with 1GB of RAM.

The smartphone have a 4.3 inches Super LCD 2 display of WVGA resolution (800 x 480 pixels), measures 128x66.9x8.9mm and weighs very light at 118 grams. The smartphone houses a 1,800 mAh battery.

The total internal storage is 4GB, expandle via a micro SD card slot.

Desire L is equipped with a 5 mega pixel autofocus rear camera with BSI sensor, capable of
recording 720p HD video and is coupled with an LED flash.

Other specifications include Bluetooth 4.0, HSDPA and WiFi connectivity.






The smartphone will be available in three colours- white, black and pink.

There's no word on pricing and release date of Desire L as of yet. Also, about the leaving the Taiwanese border, the roadmap is still unclear.
