The images of an upcoming Micromax Canvas phone has surfaced online. The images have been leaked by a Twitter user @MMXNewscaster, which in the past have released authentic images of previous versions of Canvas smartphones.
The leaked images show front and back of the smartphone. It can be seen from the image that Canvas A111 will houde dual-sim card slots to its right and a micro sd card slot to its left.
The phone is rumoured to have 5.3 inches qHD 5-point multitouch display with 960 x 540 resolution, which will be usable even with gloves-on, just like other high end smartphones available in the market.
Canvas A111 is expected to have a 1.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm MSM8225Q processor with a 512 MB of RAM. It is also expected to be running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and likely to have 4 GB internal storage.
The smartphone will sport an 8 mega pixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 1.2 mega pixel for the front. The phone will be capable of rcording HD videos and will house a 2,100 mAh battery.
Rumors also suggest that the Micromax Canvas A111 will be just 9.9mm thick and will have a 3D Graphics Accelerator, Ambient Light Sensor, Accelerometer and Proximity Sensor.
With the specifications leaked, A111 sit one segment below A116 and will certainly be priced lower.
